'Springfield' has a superb, large and modern Clubhouse which is fitted with a sound system, hearing aid loop and overhead projection screen.  Within the Clubhouse there is a luxury Sauna Suite and Shower and a separate Television Lounge, complete with a DVD system and internet enabled computer. 

The Clubhouse also provides a large fully equipped kitchen where food is prepared for our many social functions during the season.  It is also where the members can get a welcome cup of tea or coffee winter or summer after our short work period on a Sunday.

The kitchen can be used by the members to prepare their own meals.

MSAS is wholly owned by the current membership. The members try to do most of the improvements and maintenance.  This helps to keep subscriptions as low as possible.  Participation is good way to get to know other members and it can be fun!

Members enjoy outdoor cooking using a large barbecue and outdoor pizza oven.  On cooler evenings a wood burning fire is made where members meet to share stories, particularly on Saturday evenings.
