There are many local tourist attractions within easy reach of Springfield. The attractions are extremely varied, you may want to visit new galaxies at the Jodrell Bank radio telescope or take a walk on Planet Earth in the Delamere Forest. Go sightseeing in Liverpool or the ancient Roman City of Chester. Go shopping in Manchester at the Trafford Park Shopping Centre. Visiting North Wales or the Lake District is well worth the extra drive.
